2. If a general salary increase (s) for a transaction agreement in one of the first years (1 September, 2016 to 31. August 2017) or second year (September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2018) above 0%, the general salary increase negotiated under this transaction agreement is more than 0% on the wage network, administrative allowances and the daily wages of teachers replacing collective agreements with the association during the first or second year and the dates (e) negotiated as part of the comparison agreement concerned. If more than one general increase was negotiated for transaction agreements, the increases are not taken into account beyond several transaction agreements, but the general increase (n) is applied annually to the salary schedule, administrative allowances and the daily salary of substitute teachers. 2.3.2 A notice pursuant to subsection 2.3.1 is considered a notice of opening collective bargaining in accordance with section 59, paragraph 1, of the labour code. 1.1 This collective agreement applies to anyone who requires a teacher`s certificate as a precondition for employment in a district, with the exception of positions agreed in local negotiations between the district and the association. 9.4.4 A teacher who is on sabbatical undertakes in writing to resume his duties upon the end of his leave and cannot resign or leave the magisterium for at least two years after the reinstatement of his duties, except by mutual agreement between the district and the teacher. Teachers recognize that it is the district`s right and responsibility to formulate and adopt political rules that are not specifically limited by the terms of the agreement. The borough will exercise its rights in a fair and reasonable manner, in accordance with the vision, beliefs and values of the district.
1.6 This collective agreement nullifies all previous collective agreements and related provisions. If your bargaining unit has not entered into negotiations with your school jurisdiction, employers cannot change arbitrary pay or working conditions. The expired collective agreements will continue to be in place until a new agreement is ratified. 2.7.1 The association and TEBA may at any time agree to negotiate revisions to the central points of the collective agreement. These changes will come into effect from the date the association and TEBA agree. 6.4.2 A part-time permanent teacher may not allow his or her field of activity to vary by more than 0.2 without mutual consent. A part-time teacher`s schedule is consistent, unless otherwise agreed. 11.3.2 Subject to the conditions of insurance policies for social insurance agencies, teachers on maternity, adoption or parental leave may, through the borough, arrange to pay 100% of the benefit premiums provided under the collective agreement for up to 12 months.
